Shericka Jackson is a Jamaican sprinter who competes in the 100m, 200m, and 400m events. Her coach is Stephen Francis, the founder and head coach of the MVP Track Club in Jamaica. Francis has trained numerous Olympic and world champions, including Usain Bolt, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Elaine Thompson-Herah. He is known for his rigorous and scientific training methods, which emphasize speed, endurance, and technique. Under Francis' guidance, Jackson has become one of the top female sprinters in the world, winning medals at the 2016 and 2021 Olympic Games, as well as at the World Championships and Commonwealth Games.
